Can I get my items by the day of order?
Yes.Provided Orders are received before 12noon and the stock are available.

What are the modes of payment?
Currently, we only accept cash on delivery.

Delivery

Is there any delivery charges?
There will not be any delivery charges with minimum purchase of $45 and above. For purchase less than $45, there will be a minimal surcharge of $6.

How long will it take for my items to be delivered?
We'll need to confirm with you on the availability of the stock again before the order is confirmed. For available items, we'll try our best in delivering the stock on your preferred date and time slot. Please give us at least a day in advance for orders that are made after 12noon.

I had ordered it at night! Can you delivery it in the morning?
It will depends on the availability of stock. Please give us at least a day in advance for morning delivery.

I had ordered it on Friday/Saturday night! Can you delivery it on Sunday Morning?
No. We have to apologise for the inconveniences caused. The Cut Off Timing for weedends delivery will be before Friday 12noon and subjected to products availability.

Can I request on an urgent delivery?
Yes, but it will depends on our stock availability. Urgent delivery that does not fall within our operating hours, there will be a surcharge of $30.

Can I make request on a delivery at your non-operating hours?
Yes, but it will have a surcharge of $30.

Exchange and Refunding of items

Can I exchange the food items if I found out that there are bugs in it?
We will be able to exchange 1 for 1 if the food items are found to have bugs in it if you exchange it with us within 7 days from the date of your invoice.

Can I get a refund for any item purchased?
Sorry, No.

Cannot find the products

I can't find the product that I want!
We will have to apologise for the inconvenience caused. Please do recommend the product/brand to us and we'll try to get the product in our shop!

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order by giving us at least 5 hours in advance.

Is there any other way I can make my order?
Other than submitting your order through our online shop, you can simply call or SMS us at 93699583 9788 9998 or 98467448 to make an order.

Walk-A-Dog service

What does Walk-A-Dog service include?
Our dog walking service will include plenty of water supply and some treats if required.

I won't be at home on that day where I want my dog to be walked!
Please inform us 2 days in advance and provide us with at least a set of spare keys.

How many days in advance must I give? Can I have my dog walked on that day of request?
Please inform us 2 days in advance in order for you to get your preferred slot. Yes, you must request on an urgent walk but there will be an extra fee of $20 and it will depend on the slot availability.

Pet Sitting

Can I make an urgent request for you to pet sitting my dog?
Yes.But there will be an extra fee of $20 and it depend on the slot availability. Although we accept urgent request, we will still need to visit your area before accepting the request.

How many days in advance must I give?
Please give us at least 1 day in advance. We will need to visit and familiarise with your area before accepting the request. We will not accept any request before visiting your area.
